A little thought and a little kindness are often worth more than a great deal of money." ~ John Ruskin

As promised, here is Part II of the Anna Maria Chalk Festival.  Located throughout the festival were structures sided with chalkboards.  People were able to write their answers to a variety of questions posted. It was delightful reading!  I am choosing to share with you two of these questions and the responses that people left. Again - a lot of photos, and this one does involve reading. I think that you will enjoy it though!

What would you do with a million bucks?

What is your favorite childhood memory?

Memories that "a million bucks" could never buy........

  1. What an entertaining read this morning! One of my favorite childhood memories is sleeping out under the stars with the whole lot of us kids on the street. My dad would wait until about 9:30pm before walking up the back yard with a lit candle to tell us ghost stories!

  2. Though a million bucks could never buy me childhood memories, I would love $1,000,000 which would allow me to retire and re-live some of them :-)

  3. I loved reading about the Chalk Festival, seeing all the marvelous drawings and colorful chalk photos! What a wonderful idea, to write this question on the blackboard! Thank you for sharing!

  4. Thank you for sharing this! I love such things - it always remembers me how different and equal we are at the same time.

My favourite was the one who would count his $1,000,000 bucks every day! :D
