"Write it on your heart that every day is the best day in the year." ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

Grandparents' happy New Year Postcard
As you can tell, this particular postcard is fading fast.  I love it though, and take it out every New Years!

My New Year's post usually comes from the road as we head south for the winter.  This year we are taking off a bit later than usual because Bruce got a new hip a few weeks ago.  Happily he is doing really, really well, and we hope to be on the road in a week or so.  In the meantime, I wish you the happiest of New Years, and hope that 2014 brings to you more of the joys from 2013, and less of the ills.

Happy New Year!
