Today finds me far from home, in Virginia, to share in the wedding of Tonya and Josh.  Tonya is the daughter of dear friends. Such a joyous occasion - and the opportunity to spend some time with friends that we don't see all that often any more.  A double blessing.

 I left for Virginia with more than just my dancing shoes. Several years back, I made soap as favors for the wedding reception of Tonya's sister.  Now it's Tonya's turn!



All boxed, packed, and ready to travel (with a little help from my son's visiting cat!)

I wish Joshua and Tonya every happiness - today and always!

    Weddings are so beautiful. I always come home from them thinking there is something in this troubled world we live in today that is true,real and filled with hope.

    This is a really great idea, and I love how you decorated these soaps! Actually soap is also a good idea for Christmas presents... one day I have to try to make some...

    They look great, Tracy! The packaging is so pretty, and the tags are the perfect touch. You always give from the heart. I'm sure the bride and groom feel equally as blessed.
